It was a brilliant session. Alicia is a fantastic teacher, very patient, calm and friendly! Even after repeatedly explaining some steps. The location was very cosy and the others on the group were friendly too. I went from never crocheting to now being able to double and treble crotchet. I am more confident in the craft.

It was excellent - Alicia explained things very well (and very patiently) and it was great to be with fellow crafters. I'll definitely be booking on another one.

Great intro to crocheting, which started really from the basics which I definitely appreciated as someone that hasn't even attempted to crochet before, very patient and kind teacher and I loved that we could keep yarn and needle afterwards to continue practicing. I am really impressed as I can be quite impatient with learning new skills such as this, but I was super surprised that I ended the class knowing a lot more than I expected to through the patience of Alicia! I didn't know how to even hold the needle and ended the class being able to do a single stitch, double crochet and started to learn triple. I didn't get as far as starting a granny square but perhaps if the group was smaller, I could have had more 1-1 help from the teacher and progressed a little faster - this is my only criticism of the class but I still enjoyed it overall and would give it 4/5 stars. Also, the location was great in the coffee shop, and loved having a coffee half way through - thank you, this is a great club and I hope to continue attending future classes after practicing at home.
